Who It's For: Every new client, and every non-member Individual Advocacy client returning after a closed engagement. Renewing 2025 to 2026 Annual Partnership members are exempt.
What's Included:
- • Comprehensive records review, including IEPs, evaluations, progress reports, report cards, and school correspondence
- • A 60 minute parent consultation to discuss priorities, concerns, and goals
- • A written summary covering strengths, areas of concern, recommendations, and next steps
- • Does not include meeting attendance, meeting prep, email drafting, or ongoing communication. Those begin once a service model is chosen
- Assessment Fee: $295, non-refundable once records review begins
- Required For: New members, and every Individual Advocacy re-engagement
- Waived For: Renewing 2025 to 2026 Annual Partnership members

Annual Advocacy Member Partnership
A year-round advocacy relationship with ongoing
support, monthly check-ins, and priority accessall school year long.
Starting at $150/mo
(+$25/mo per additional student)
Who It's For: Families with ongoing IEP needs who want proactive, relationship based support all year, not just at meeting time.
What's Included:
- • 12 check in consultations per year, held monthly
- • A Beginning of Year IEP Mapping session and an End of Year IEP Reflection session
- • Priority scheduling and response times
- • Email drafting, school communication review, and progress monitoring
- • Meeting attendance at $150/hour, with the first hour of meeting prep free and $60/hour after that
- Membership: $150/month per family (plus $25/month per additional student)
- Annual Renewal: $50/year
Individual Advocacy Services
Expert support for one specific meeting or
engagement, with the same expertise without a
membership commitment.
Starting at $200/hr
(Pay per engagement with no monthly fee)
Who It's For: Families needing support for one specific meeting or engagement, or new families who want to start with an assessment before committing to a membership.
What's Included:
- • Full scope advocacy support, billed per engagement with no monthly fee
- • Meeting attendance at $200/hour, in-person or virtual, with a 3 hour maximum
- • Meeting prep, parent concern statements, email drafting, and follow-up at $150/hour
- • Travel time billed at the current IRS/TN standard mileage rate
- • A $295 assessment required at every re-engagement, which carries over if switching to membership
- Meeting Attendance: $200/hour, in-person or virtual, 3 hour maximum
- Assessmentt: $295, required at every re-engagement
- Pre-Meeting Deposit: $200 for 1 hour, applied to balance
